Discovery process: Research & Learning
Discovery process containing research, collaboration with client and specialists and users. Define the scope and objectives of the project, context and lays a fundamental foundation for everything that comes after.
Clarity
Defining: Analysing & Conclusions
Cross-reference hypothesis and create platform of knowledge and roadmap with collaborators. Documentation to guide the project: personas, service blueprints, user journeys and plans to create a truly user-centred design.

Create & Collaborate
Develop: Creating, redefining, iterating
Define the user experience, test and evaluate design concepts, and analyse how the UX will inform behaviour and effect the experience of the user. Working collaboratively with specialists to optimise functionality, and experience: go through wireframe, prototypes, hifi designs, iterating based on feedback.

Deliver
Delivery: Production & Execution
Handover to development teams, QA, A/B testing, iterations and updates. Post-live analyse impact through data tools, client and user response and reflect on project for learnings.
